Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HydroLink Africa and any purchase, quote, or subscription made through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Orders and payment
Orders are paid via M-Pesa STK Push. Placing an order reserves the stock and sends a payment prompt to your phone; the order is confirmed only once payment is received. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and exclude shipping unless stated.
2. Quotes
A quote request is not an order and does not reserve stock or pricing. Formal, priced quotes are issued separately by our team and remain valid only until the date stated on the quote document.
3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
SaaS subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. On the renewal date, we send a new M-Pesa STK Push prompt to the phone number on your account for the plan's price — you must approve it on your phone for the renewal to complete. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is marked past due; if it remains unpaid, access may be suspended. You can cancel future renewals at any time from My Subscriptions; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current paid period.
4. Shipping
Shipping charges and delivery estimates depend on the county selected at checkout. Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Stock and product information
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, specifications, and stock levels accurate, but we do not guarantee availability until an order is confirmed and paid.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, HydroLink Africa's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
